Mineral composition analysis was performed according to A.O.A.C. method; within which Sodium (Na), Potassium (K) and Calcium (Ca) contents were determined by flame photometric method and Iron (Fe), Magnesium (Mg) and Manganese (Mn) were determined quantitatively by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Phosphorus (P) was determined calorimetrically according to A.O.A.C. method3 .
