Shipping policy

Shipping for live animals is done on the Monday after order is placed (weather permitting). 

Shipping for invertebrates is done with UPS 2 Day Air. If next day is preferred, you can choose that option at checkout. We prefer shipping to your local UPS Store for pick-up. 

Shipping for all other live animals is done with UPS Overnight.

LAG (live arrival guarantee) is valid for one hour after delivery with video of unboxing.

Dry goods ship within 1-3 business days.
