Shipping policy

Shipping for live animals is done on the Monday after order is placed (weather permitting). 

Shipping for invertebrates is done with FedEx 2 Dat. If next day is preferred, you can choose that option at checkout. We prefer shipping to your local FedEx hubfor pick-up. 

Shipping for all other live animals is done with FedEx Overnight.

LAG (live arrival guarantee) is valid for one hour after delivery with video proof if shipped to residence. If held at hub, we must be notified within 3 hours of available for pickup notification.

Dry goods ship within 1-3 business days.
