Shipping policy

Shipping for live animals is done on the Monday after order is placed (weather permitting). 

Shipping for invertebrates will be on the Monday after the order is placed. We prefer to ship to your local UPS Store or FedExhub. October/November all orders will ship overnight. 

Shipping for all other live animals is done with UPS Overnight.

LAG (live arrival guarantee) is valid for one hour after delivery with video of unboxing.

Dry goods ship within 1-3 business days.
