Shipping policy

Shipping for live animals is done on the Monday after order is placed. In the case of extreme weather, shipping will occur as soon as it's safe.

Shipping for invertebrates will be on the Monday after the order is placed. We prefer to ship to your local FedEx hub. (Fedex inside stores such as Staples, Walgreens, etc do not accept live shipments) Please make sure the hub you choose accepts live shipments and you input the address correctly. Shipping to home is acceptable in favorable weather. October/March all orders will ship overnight. 

Shipping for all other live animals is done with FedEx Overnight to hub only.

LAG (live arrival guarantee) is valid for one hour after delivery with video of unboxing.

Dry goods ship within 1-3 business days.
